NRS reserch/tagert audience reserch











as I couldnt find a dance magazine survey I chose to look at the top of the pops sales figures.

using www.nrs.com I reserched who and what kind of people read top of the pops magazine from this I have a better understanding of who I should base my dance magzine. I found out that 13900 people aged between 15-44 buy this magazine whithin that I should probaerly base my magazine around this age. also 122000 women buy the magazine over the 44000 men so I will be targerting the women more rather than the men in my magzine but I will include stuff for the male gender. 107000 of these people are class ranged between C-D so people earning less money and a lower income than the 62000 B-A class people.
I will make my magazine appeal to the younger teenage genertion as I will get more readers and if we was going to look at sales figures I would get a bigger profit
